Additional Information Hankook Winter icept RS3

Enjoy stable handling of your vehicle even on a snowy day with i'Cept technology

Highlights

• Reversed V-shaped grooves are designed opposite to the main grooves, improving traction on snowy roads
• Sipes placed around the edges of the main grooves increase the contact area, providing better traction in winding snowy roads
• 3D zig-zag sipes reduce vibration of the tread blocks, improving the traction and braking performances of the tire
• The high loading silica compound provides an improved wet performance
• Natural ingredients ensure the rubber's flexibility in a wide temperature range
• Large V-shaped grooves allow water to quickly pass through the main grooves, reducing hydroplaning
• The water pipe kerf placed in the shoulder block improves wet performance by ejecting water from the main groove
• With narrower grooves and larger tread blocks, stiffer tires can provide easier handling in dry conditions with higher friction
• By increasing both the lateral and longitudinal strengths of the tire, drivers can experience improved elasticity even at low temperatures
